Learn is an online learning course sharing Ctrl Group’s design for healthcare process.

It was created by the designers and researchers at Ctrl Group through a partnership with the Oxford BioDesign programme at Oxford University.

I wrote the user research content together with Martha Henson and Oliver Kastner as well as teaching workshop modules one and two, together with Ctrl Group co-founder, Ben Fehnert.
